The University of Maine School of Law and the Maine Business School at the University of Maine offer a dual degree program combining the Juris Doctor (J.D) and the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degrees.

The dual J.D. and M.B.A. degree program gives students the unique skills to serve as leaders in complex legal and business environments. This accelerated program explores the relationship between legal and business enterprises, and bridges advanced knowledge in financial, accounting, managerial, and economic practices with legal applications. Importantly, the dual program reduces the overall credit hours necessary for graduation as compared to pursuing each degree separately, and online M.B.A. courses are offered.

Separate admission to the programs is required.
