For this reason, Maine Law will not tolerate sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, or retaliation in any form. All conduct of this nature is considered a violation of the applicable University of Maine System (UMS) policy.
Students, staff, and guests are encouraged to report incidents of sexual discrimination or sexual harassment that affect their education, employment or experience at Maine Law using the Sex Discrimination & Title IX Sexual Harassment Incident Reporting Form. If you would prefer to discuss an incident in person, or have inquiries regarding the application of Title IX and its implementing regulations, please contact the UMS Coordinator of Title IX Services.
Regardless of whether a report has been filed, Maine Law will respond promptly and reasonably when it has notice of potential sexual misconduct covered by the UMS policy. All Maine Law employees (including student employees and adjunct faculty) have a duty to report any incident of sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual assault of which they become aware to the UMS Coordinator of Title IX Services.

The University of Southern Maine Public Safety compiles and maintains campus crime statistics and security information on behalf of the University of Maine School of Law.
