June 2 & 3: First annual Founder’s Day Giving Challenge

The first annual Founder’s Day Giving Challenge is almost here!

For 48-hours on June 2 and 3, you’re invited to join the Maine Law community in supporting Maine’s public and only law school, an institution committed to advancing justice at local, state and global levels. To unlock a $10,000 challenge gift, we need your help to receive 250 donations by Midnight on June 3rd!

“The Founder’s Day Giving Challenge celebrates the establishment of Maine’s only law school and the crucial role it plays in our state,” Chris Haley, Chief Development Officer, said. “This is also part of an effort to strengthen our culture of philanthropy.  I do hope our alumni and friends show their support for this important academic institution at this pivotal moment.”

A cornerstone of the legal community, Maine Law is committed to tackling critical issues across our state, most pressingly, access to justice. From training the next generation of lawyers to the statewide work of its clinical programs, Maine Law is helping build a better and brighter future for all. Please join us in making that vision a reality!
