In July 2020, Gregory Bordelon joined the University of Maine School of Law as an associate professor and director of the academic success program.
Before joining Maine Law, Professor Bordelon worked at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a professor of practice and the director of bar success. He taught previously at Wichita State University’s Barton School of Business. He has extensive experience in designing bar exam preparation & classes and many other aspects of student success. Professor Bordelon’s experience in the continuum of legal education and learning theory also comes from his passion for student learning and experience in several parts of the legal learning spectrum. At Monmouth University, he served as university pre-law advisor, lecturer of legal studies as well as director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. He also previously was executive director for the Louisiana Supreme Court Committee on Bar Admissions.
Professor Bordelon received his B.A. from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his J.D. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
