Bri joined Maine Law’s Refugee and Human Rights Clinic as the inaugural Sally L. Stevens Immigration Law Fellow in August 2024. They supervise student attorneys in both direct representation and broader projects advocating for immigrants’ rights. In addition to English, Bri is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, French, and Spanish.
Bri earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and completed an interdisciplinary minor in Human Rights at the University of California, Berkeley. As an undergraduate, they studied abroad at the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
During law school, Bri served as a student attorney at Boston University School of Law’s Immigrants’ Rights and Human Trafficking Clinic, where they directly represented indigent noncitizens before the Boston Immigration Court. Before joining the clinical faculty and staff at Maine Law, Bri worked at Fragomen in San Francisco, Joyce & Associates in Boston, and served as a judicial intern at the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Boston.
Outside of work, Bri enjoys reading fantasy and science fiction books.
