Skiing and snowboarding is so much fun, but having to drive an hour and a half to two hours (at a minimum) is not much fun. At only 45 minutes from Portland, stay close and make a day trip to Lost Valley Ski Area in Auburn and spend all day skiing or snowboarding with 2 all-day lift tickets. These tickets will expire at the end of 22-23 season.
