It is the mission of the University of Maine School of Law Foundation to raise, manage and distribute funds for the support and improvement of the University of Maine School of Law and the education it provides. The Foundation was established in 2001 and is responsible for the building of endowment and in addressing long-term academic and financial priorities of Maine Law.
A Board of Directors governs the activities and policies of the University of Maine School of Law Foundation. Members serve three-year terms and elect officers annually. The current president is Craig Nelson ’69.
