Office of the Registrar
The Registrar's Office, as part of the Office of Student Affairs, is dedicated to providing you the administrative services you need to be a successful student.
- Registering for classes
- Adding and dropping classes
- Designating classes as Pass/Fail (one per academic year, with restrictions)
- Getting information about degree requirements and your progress toward meeting them
- Getting official transcripts
- Learning your class rank
- Getting your exam number (used instead of your name when taking exams)
- Veteran's certification
- Enrollment certification
- Bar exam certification
- Loan deferments
- Bar loan processing
The Registrar also performs these valuable functions:
- Generation and oversight of permanent student academic records
- Scheduling and administering exams
- Maintaining the course schedule and general academic calendar
- Compiling and reporting grades
- Managing lotteries for relevant classes and programs
