Office of the Registrar

The Registrar's Office, as part of the Office of Student Affairs, is dedicated to providing you the administrative services you need to be a successful student.

  • Registering for classes
  • Adding and dropping classes
  • Designating classes as Pass/Fail (one per academic year, with restrictions)
  • Getting information about degree requirements and your progress toward meeting them
  • Getting official transcripts
  • Learning your class rank
  • Getting your exam number (used instead of your name when taking exams)
  • Veteran's certification
  • Enrollment certification
  • Bar exam certification
  • Loan deferments
  • Bar loan processing

The Registrar also performs these valuable functions:

  • Generation and oversight of permanent student academic records
  • Scheduling and administering exams
  • Maintaining the course schedule and general academic calendar
  • Compiling and reporting grades
  • Managing lotteries for relevant classes and programs
