Maine Law Magazine features business-minded alumni
Nov. 15, 2013
The latest issue of the annual Maine Law Magazine has been mailed to alumni and friends, and the issue is also available online.
The magazine highlights the good work of current students, alumni and faculty, including these feature stories:
- Thriving in Business. From starting a craft brewery to running a century-old energy company, many Maine Law alums have found their calling in the dynamic world of business and economic development.
- Second Acts. We profile six Maine Law students who have had successful careers in other fields before deciding to enroll in law school.
- The Difference Makers. Many students come to Maine Law because they want to make a positive impact in their communities. With a growing number of opportunities both inside and outside the classroom, they don’t need a J.D. to get started.
