Maine Youth Mediators Conference

We invite all Maine peer mediators in grades 5-12 and their program coordinators to join us for a day of learning, practice, networking, teaching and fun at the Augusta Armory on April 18, 2008.
The conference agenda will include:
Community Circles dialogue activity
Workshops on such topics as conflict resolution skills, peer mediation practice, diversity education issues, improving school climate, and others
“Teach Each Other” -- An opportunity to teach other mediation teams about some aspect of peer mediation, conflict resolution, school climate or diversity education.
