The reference desk is regularly open and attended from
Monday
- Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Reference librarian(s) are available to answer research
questions and provide assistance locating information during regular reference
desk hours. At other times patrons may telephone the reference line and
leave a phone messages requesting reference information.
Reference questions often pertain to information ranging from the location
of materials within the building to requests for specific documents or
special material, as well as where to look for specific information.
The Garbrecht Law Library is connected to several large electronic legal
databases. A Reference Librarian can assist you in an online search. In
addition to legal research assistance, the Reference desk offers tours
and research seminars to familiarize incoming students with the materials
that are available to them.
