Candian Materials

The Garbrecht Law Library has an extensive Canadian Collection housed on the third floor of the library. It contains case reporters and statutes for Canada and for all of the Canadian provinces. In addition, the collection includes the Canadian Abridgment, numerous reporters including, Reports of Family Law, Tax Cases and Labour Arbitration Cases. In addition, the collection includes a wide variety of treatise specific to Canadian law, including torts, contracts, constitutional law, criminal Law, family law, tax, and secured transactions.

In the Reference Collection are guides to Canadian legal research, including Banks on using a law library: a Canadian guide to legal research and Legal research: step by step. A variety of Canadian primary materials can be found at the Canadian Legal Information Institute.
