Your first semester as a law student will be here before you know it. Below is some information that we hope you will find useful as you prepare to embark on your legal education at Maine Law.

Admitted Students Day: This year's Open House for Admitted Students will take place on Friday, April 8. Please click here for more information.
August 1: You must have your University of Maine email account set by August 1 in order to get registered for classes.
August: Confirmation of courses and sections will be available on MaineStreet (please note, First Year Law Students are automatically registered for their classes). You will receive an email from the Registrar when you are registered for your classes, alerting you to log-in.
August: Complete booklist for first year courses should be available on-line at: . Please note that Property class will be divided into two sections, so make sure you buy the appropriate books.
August 15: All official transcripts are due to the Registrar, Brenda Berry. Please note that this must include official transcripts from all schools that you attended, including for any study abroad. LSAT only sends copies and we need official for your student files.
August 15: Immunization records are due to the USM Health Center. For more information and to download and print out the immunization forms, see this link: http://www.usm.maine.edu/health/immunization.htm
Mid-August - date TBA: Fall 2011 tuition and fee bills will be mailed in mid July. Payment for Fall 2011 is due in the middle of August (specific date to be announced). See http://usm.maine.edu/buso/ for more information.
August 24 -26: Orientation – More information on orientation will available soon. During Orientation, you will be taken to the administrative offices at USM to get your photograph taken for your student identification card, and to the parking office to get your parking decal. August 29: Fall Term Begins
