Electronic Submissions Only.  Submissions will be accepted in electronic (Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word) form only.  Name your file “2013competition_[your competition number].”  E-mail your file to Kayla Ramsay (kayla.ramsay@maine.edu).  Identify whether you wish to be considered for MLR, OCLJ or both journals in the e-mail subject header.  Upon receipt of your submission, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Kayla.  You are responsible for any problems with opening the file, formatting problems, or delays that cause your submission to arrive past the strict noon deadline.  For this reason, please try to submit your note prior to the deadline to allow time to work out unexpected problems.
